About this house rental
Between this beautiful and comfortable house and the sea there is ...... only the beach, a few steps on the dune and you will be at sea, no roads to cross, no stairs! Fresh, quiet and comfortable, it is ideal for a relaxing holiday with all comforts. This is the holiday home, here I spent long and unforgettable summers as well as my whole family, for this reason it has a warm charm, due to many small comforts. It is equipped with mosquito nets on all windows, heat pumps on both. floors, digital satellite television, free wifi internet, dishwasher, washing machine.
Spread over two floors: on the ground floor there is a bright living room with fireplace and two large French windows overlooking the terrace overlooking the sea, the strong point of the property: shaded by a large wooden and canvas structure, it has a table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners, sunbeds and deck chairs for sunbathing and relaxing. It is like being on the beach at home. Also on the ground floor there is a kitchen with all appliances, including an espresso machine, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. Upstairs with a mansard roof there is a double bedroom with terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two beds and a terrace with a view of the Montiferru. The house has an internal parking for 2 cars and a covered veranda on the back with a barbecue. In the garden: outdoor shower at the gate on the beach and another in the laundry area where there is a sink and washing machine; in front of the kitchen a shaded and sheltered corner with table and chairs, for days of strong wind, cool and secluded relaxation areas.
For younger children we have cot and high chair.

Sardinia is undoubtedly a lovely place but, for me, the best part of our holiday was Paola's house. It was literally steps from the sea and the relaxing sounds of the waves were the background to a much needed holiday for 6 stressed adults! The details now. The beds are very comfortable and the shower pressure is excellent. The kitchen is equipped to cook your meals but there are takeaway and eat in pizza places within easy walking distance even for an old bird like me! We also ate at the bar just along the beach. There is a little shop called market sanna just along the road with enough to tide you over till a big shop in one of the bigger supermarkets nearby. We used Crai in Riola, about 10 minutes by car. At the end of May the sea is warmish and my children had fun in it. You can rent pedalos locally and there are opportunities for boat trips. We used Sinus Yachting and everyone loved that trip which included swimming. If you expect hotel like accommodation then this house is not for you. But if you want to stay in a beautiful, loved home which has a warm and welcoming spirit then come here. The furniture is gorgeous, some are family heirlooms and handmade. The out door terrace was used constantly by my family and we watched some amazing sunsets together. Thank you Paola for giving us the privilege of staying in your house. Grazie.

Für Sardische Verhältnisse angemessen.
Das Inventar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Türen klemmen, Badarmaturen und Dusche so lala, zwei kleine Badräume jeweils mit Bidet. Der Gasherd ist einem großen Topf Wasser nicht gewachsen diesen zum Kochen zu bringen (zuvor das Wasser mit dem Wasserkocher erhitzen ist empfehlenswert). ;-)

Der kleinen Tante Emma Laden um die Ecke hat alles nötige.
Der Strand ist gut, ideal für Kids, da er sehr flach im Meer abfällt!
