The house has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a large living area with an open kitchen featuring a dishwasher and fridge/freezer, a microwave (no oven), a dining area, an utility bathroom, and an outdoor patio with a gazebo for al fresco dining. Laundry room with washer and shower on the lower first floor. It can accommodate up to 9 guests as follows:
- a double bedroom with a double bed and A/C on the first floor;
- a double bedroom with 2 single beds and a balcony on the first floor;
- a double bedroom with 2 single beds on the first floor;
- a family room with a double bedroom featuring A/C, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a separate single bed, and a sun deck on the second floor.
