Die Lage war ruhig und nahe am Meer. Freundliche Inhaberin und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Frühstück vielfältig und die Möglichkeit bei gutem Wetter es draußen einzunehmen.

Our room was so beautiful with a wraparound sea view and a balcony. The location was also good, close to Fertilia centre with a handful of restaurants/bars and not too far from the beautiful beaches.
Unfortunately there were a few things that made it difficult to rate this highly.
- The bed is so uncomfortable and mattress so cheap you can feel the springs. If you are sharing the bed, as soon as you move the entire bed shifts. The pillows are also very flat. This meant that our sleep was quite poor the entire stay. I would really recommend putting at least a soft mattress topper on.
- For two out of three nights, there was a lot of noise from neighbours / nearby event space. I understand there's not much the property can do about it and it did stop past midnight I think but it's not ideal for relaxing.
- Breakfast is self-serve and popular breakfast items would go very quickly. The coffee is from a machine which is a shame. You can ask for eggs cooked to order but you have to approach the owner for it, which also makes you feel awkward.
- There was a half marathon on the day that we were leaving. We saw sign posts in Italian that we weren't too sure what it meant and when asking the owner, she also didn't seem to know. Luckily we asked and moved the car though, as we saw some other cars with tickets. In my opinion, this should really have been communicated to the guests via message.
- Lastly, I don't want to be the person who complains about the wifi on holiday but it was non-existent for 90% of the time. As in, you can not even check your email or access Google. I asked whether the wifi router could be restarted but no response. Considering I then had to use all my data, I was quite disappointed in 2025!
