Well-located close to the airport and the Town, but still peaceful. However, note that a car is probably needed.
We had a walk on the beach that is right outside the room.
The staff were amazingly welcoming, and provided extremely helpful.
Breakfast was good, and we had a prime seat (outside) for the morning sunrise. Spectacular.
It was ideal for us for a short stay, as we had to be on our way early the next morning, but I guess it would provide a good base for exploring the area. The room maybe a little basic for long-term stay.
Despite the car park area being very full, we had no difficulty finding a parking space near the entrance at the back. Maybe these are reserved for customers. Some touristy restaurants in Fertilia, but a bit too far to walk.

The beach was quite busy when we arrived (Sunny Sunday evening), but was quiet later on where we sat outside the room and had a beer, and first thing in the morning it was very peaceful

This place is actually on the beach. It was great. The breakfast was good and plenty. The hotel restaurant cooked great fresh fish and roasted vegetables, more than I could eat.
The rooms are a bit dated and could use some repair and paint.

The location is perfect, right on the beach, with an amazing sea view and very relaxing atmosphere. The room was cozy, clean and nicely decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a real pleasure to wake up and enjoy the sound of the waves just a few steps away.
Everything was good, nothing to complain about.

Hotel is literally on the beach, so straight from your door you have an access to Fertilia beach. Far away from crowded beaches closer to Alghero, so if you are looking for a quiet place to stay, this is a place for you. Staff very helpful, decent housekeeping. Lovely beach bar next door.
7 min by car from the airport.
45 min from la pelosa beach ( must be seen)
2hrs to costa smeralda - porta Istana, definitely would recommend to see. Beautiful beach.
20 min to Neptune's grotto.
Rooms dated, very simple, absolutely minimum you could expect. Definitely not worth the money we have paid for. Last year we have visited madeira's Funchal, and for more less the same value we had 5 star hotel, super comfy rooms, gym, bars etc.
Breakfast - very simple again, every day the same menu . First 3 days acceptable, after that, you don't want to touch cold scrambled eggs again . The only good thing about the breakfast was coffee, which was delicious.
