About this villa rental
Villa Aurora is a villa close to the magnificent beach of Putzu Idu, composed of two separate and autonomous housing units with only the common entrance.
The villa, which pertains to the ground floor of the property, has inside 4 large bedrooms all very bright and facing the garden (two double, one quadruple with two bunk beds, and one double with a bunk bed), and a reception capacity for 2 to 10 people. 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Animals from us are welcome.
The strong point of this wonderful villa, in addition to the large capacity of hospitality, is the presence of a garden of 150sqm for exclusive use, with barbecue and outdoor shower, ideal for relaxing on the return from the sea and for dinners cool in the evening. In the garden it is worth mentioning the care for the outdoor furniture, with tables and chairs, curtains for the shade, deck chairs, sofas and hammock.
The kitchen, very large and bright, is separated from the living area, furnished with fine furniture has everything needed for cooking.
It is only 20 meters from the magnificent Putzu Idu beach and just across the road to reach the coast.
The house there are washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, outdoor shower, barbecue, lawn, plasma TV, WiFi, ceiling fans in each bedroom, heating.
The house has been recently renovated with taste and style and has a further external back space, which can be reached from the kitchen, where the laundry is located, an additional barbecue with sink.
From the beach of Putzu Idu, 20 meters from the house, you can see the island of Mal di Ventre, a protected natural oasis and tourist destination. The island can be reached in a few minutes by crossing. Daily boats leave the beach of Putzu Idu and reach the island of Mal di Ventre.
A few kilometers away are: beautiful quartz beaches (for example Is Arutas), archaeological sites (for example Tharros, ancient Phoenician city before and then Roman), beautiful headlands (for example Capo San Marco).
In addition there are surf schools and diving centers that rent various types of surfboards, canoes, wind-surfs, boats, pedal boats, etc.
The promontory of Capo Mannu (in front of the house) is a famous Mediterranean surfing hot spot.
'San Lorenzo' is an area equipped for horses, which also includes a bar, restaurant and pizzeria.
From here it is possible to organize the horse trails to discover breathtaking places. Between my house and the sea there are no roads, but only sand and wild bushes, you seem to have the 'sea at home'.

We are a family of 6 adults, 2 children and 1 baby. We had very little choice of rented houses in the area but we had no need to worry. It was just right for us.
We came to Sardegna for a family wedding and wanted to stay together.
We were met by the lovely Anna Maria who showed us round the house and gave us lots of advice. She gave us her mobile number and was available to call at any time.
The house was clean, tidy and well equipped.
The garden table and chairs were great for all our meals. The hammocks were well used by my husband for his afternoon snooze.
The washing machine and drying area were especially useful for all our washing.
The garden shower was great for getting rid of any sand we had brought from the beach.
There is an excellent bar on the beach 'Stella di Mare' which serves delicious pizzas and seafood platters.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Villa Aurora to anyone wanting a lovely holiday in Putzu Idu.
