About this house rental
It is a large and comfortable villa of about 130 square metres, well ventilated and lit, with a 250 square metre garden, full of flowers and plants, a barbecue area and two outdoor showers, one of which is solar, an indoor parking area and the possibility of outdoor parking. The small villa, completely renovated in 2010, can comfortably accommodate 7/8 people. It is situated in a quiet area, in an ideal geographical context, very close to the sea; the beach is less than 200 metres away. The house is arranged on two levels: living area: large living room with kitchenette, pellet stove, two large verandas, bathroom - sleeping area: one double bedroom (with a third bed available and a cot); one double bedroom; one twin bedroom; bathroom, two small verandas, one with sea view. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Equipment: hairdryer, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave oven, traditional and waffle coffee machine, satellite TV, CD/USB stereo, ceiling fan, mosquito nets on the windows, garden tables and chairs, sun umbrellas, deckchairs and beach beds, table football. Ideal accommodation for flexible holidays combining work, study and fun.

We stayed for two weeks in Marcella's villa in Sa Rocca Tunda and it was amazing. First, the owners welcomed us like family and made sure every little detail was properly attended to. They have an impressive library of things to do, see and restaurants to dine at. We felt very plugged in. The home is spacious, adorable and very comfortable. It was always great to return "home" and relax after busy days! Marcella and her husband, Luciano are so very helpful and welcoming. They are true Sardinians!

Marcella offers a nice and fully equipped small house next to a lovely beach. There was some seagrass there, but there was always a free spot available. The house is clean and the kitchen has everything you need (minor downside: there is no huge oven, but more a microwave thing, but it worked to bake a cake). We where 4 adults with four kids below age 8. The house is not very very child friendly in the sense that toddlers cannot be unattended because there are stairs to climb or nice decoration to destroy. But that was not a big deal for us. Marcella was very caring and friendly and available for questions and recommendations.

Great house for max. 6 to 8 people, with fantastic beaches all around. Nice garden for kids, provides beach-equipment and all.
Really enjoyed our time there, in the off-season really a quite spot to relax. Marcella, our host, took really good care of us.
