Great location in Lincoln beautiful house for families and contractors

Everything about this property was worth it

I didn't like that I have to leave.

It was a good size, very clean, very pleasant, comfortable beds and well equipped. A really nice property

It would benefit from a downstairs toilet and the bath shower would also benefit from some aids like handles as one of us struggled to get into the bath to shower. Maybe fix the stones on the steps at the front as they are loose

The property is very spacious; larger than I'd anticipated from the photos. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Brilliant to be able to park on the road outside the property (no parking restrictions). Having the Arboretum immediately across the road is a huge plus, particularly for dog owner but lovely place to walk even without a 4 legged friend. Enclosed back garden was great (again particularly with a dog). However, it is a little neglected and does need quite a bit of work (as does the front steps). Otherwise I would have given the property 10/10.

The dishwasher did not work (only realised that when it was fully stacked with dirty dishes). These things happen but would have been good to have been warned. Very disappointed not to receive a response from the owner/rental company when I queried this with them during our stay via text message and email.

Location, treats left, polite hosts, pretty garden.

Needed a deep clean. Some tatty furniture. Doggy smell.
