Great location in Lincoln beautiful house for families and contractors

Nice property which was a short walk to the city centre. Property was clean. Free parking on road.

The garden area needs a bit of attention. Broken slabs. Dead plants. Very unsafe if a family stayed with little kids. The front steps were loose and need attention.

The house was very spacious inside and tastefully decorated. We had all the facilities we needed.

Small suggestion, the soft furnishings in the back living room weren't overly comfortable, but this didn't impact our stay as we were out most of the time.

The property is in an excellent location with convenient parking available on the road. The walk to the city centre through the arboretum is lovely! The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. We especially appreciated having two separate living areas, which provided plenty of space to relax. The property was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property manager was also very helpful and responded promptly to any questions we had.

The property would benefit from some general maintenance and upkeep. There is a loose paving slab outside, which could be a safety concern, and the garden would benefit from some attention. The patio furniture had pet hair and cobwebs on it, so it didn’t feel as clean as it could have been. There were also quite a few weeds growing between the patio slabs, and parts of the patio were uneven, which detracted from the overall appearance and usability of the outdoor space. There was also a stagnant smell coming from the drains outside.

Our bed was exceptionally comfy and we slept very well.

The property was ok for 1 or 2 nights but I wouldn’t stay longer. It was missing some real tlc. The kitchen was looking shabby and everything was rather tired. The kitchen doors weren’t fitted well, the dishwasher was a challenge. The hob only worked with certain pans. Outside could have been wonderful but it hadn’t been weeded in a long while and some of the paving slabs were a hazard. The front of the property was rather scruffy. The inside could be reconfigured much better and unfortunately the pictures really didn’t match the reality. The bathroom had seen better days and there was only one bathroom which was a disappointment. That said we had a lovely family weekend.
