建物自体は古く、一瞬不安になりましたが部屋はとても清潔で、オーナーのレスポンスも早く駐車も含めチェックアウトまでスムーズでした。
ベネチア中心地までトラム1本20分とあったのでそこそこ近いのかと思いましたが、実際は40分くらいかかりました。3-40分くらいはかかると思っていたほうがいいと思います。あと近辺にすぐ行けるスーパーやバールがないので、必要な人は飲み物や食べ物は持参もしくは別の場所で買っておくことをお勧めします。あと室内には冷房がついていますが、部屋の構造上ベッドのある空間にはあまり冷たい風がこなかったのが少し残念でした。

The apartment was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The self check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location is excellent, with the tram stop just a short walk away, making it very convenient to reach Venice. The host was friendly, responsive, and always helpful. We really enjoyed our family stay.

Apartamento muy cómodo, moderno y muy limpio. Estaba totalmente equipado (solo eché en falta un tostador). La ubicación nos resultó muy práctica, con un supermercado y una lavandería muy cerca. Además, el transporte público se cogía justo en la puerta y tenía conexión directa tanto con Venecia como con el aeropuerto, sin necesidad de hacer transbordos. Una estancia muy agradable, sin duda lo recomendaría.
