The location was very good for the conference I attended. The apartment was spacious. It was nice to have a washing machine.

I prefer to receive the key information sooner.

Fantastische locatie om Bologna te voet te ontdekken, dat was de grootste plus. Prima appartement dat voldeed aan onze verwachtingen.

Bed was redelijk hard en de keuken wat onhandig weggestopt achter een muurtje.

Sehr schönes Badezimmer. Alles sehr sauber. Sehr zentrale Lage. Frühstück im Café um die Ecke preiswert und sehr lecker.

The location.

It says check in at 15:00 but the information wasn't sent until 15:00 and then we had to find the place. Arriving at the big wooden door it was locked, no info on how to get in and none of the buzzers seemed to relate to the accommodation. Texted and called host but no response. Ended up pressing the buzzer to the one that said dentist and it opened. 20 mins later the host replied to say "is open" (but we were already in the room by then). No information given for check out. The place is in desperate need of love. It's worn and shabby inside, the couch has questionable stains, nothing matches, the furniture is all hodge-podge. Fridge and freezer dirty, didn't bother to look in the kitchen (which isn't really accessible anyway), floor was dirty, shower is still broken after I noticed someone else reported it a while ago, so they clearly don't care. The drain must have been clogged and can only have a two min shower before the tray was about to overflow. Everything had mould and limescale build up. Pictures were put up haphazardly on the wall above the bed. I think if you're offering a room you should take pride in what you're offering, clearly they just see this as easy money. I would not have booked this if I had seen the latest reviews, when I first looked it had a few good ones but more recent ones seem to be more what I experienced.
