The apartment is spacious, with everything one needs. The beach is three minutes away. The apartment is in four levels. The first floor is just the entrance. A staircase takes you to the second floor where there are two bedrooms, one with exit to the back yard, and a bathroom with a real bathtub. The kitchen is on the third floor, there is an outer staircase to descend to the back yard, a guest room with sofas and TV, and a toilet. One more bedroom on the fourth floor, there is a balcony with a sea view.
Climbing the stairs all the time was a bit inconvenient for us but our grandsons thought it was more romantic like that.

Die Lage ist toll- drei Minuten zum Stadtstrand und diversen Cafés, in 5 Minuten zum historischen Zentrum und Supermarkt. Besonders genossen haben wir am Vormittag den Balkon und abends den Hof im Schatten. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert - Küche, Klimaanlage, Bad,. Und alles sauber und geschmackvoll.

Facilites were very spacious and modern. Location is close to the sea and restaurants but still very calm, no disturbing noices. The terrace with sea view was superb.
Hard to find negatives. The yard side patio was perhaps a bit uncozy. No instructions for the house, for instance waste disposal (where is the nearest location?). Gas stove could also have instructions.

Struttura bellissima e pulita. La terrazza all'ultimo piano vista mare una vera chicca. L'host super disponibile ci ha lasciato tenere le valigie all'interno tutta la giornata dopo il check out. Davvero consigliatissimo!
Non ci si arriva davanti con l'auto perché è in zona pedonale.
