Bell'appartamento anche se la struttura condominiale era piuttosto fatiscente e senza ascensore. Nel complesso siamo stati comunque bene.
La zona non è stata delle migliori per la distanza a piedi dal centro storico e con molti sali-scendi, difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio e con frequentazioni non proprio raccomandabili. D'altra parte il prezzo era concorrenziale rispetto ad altre strutture più comode

enges Stiegenhaus mit vielen Stufen in den zweiten Stock, Stiegenhaus sanierungsbedürftig, Bad eher klein, Zufahrtsstraße typisch italienisch eng.

Идеальная чистота, наличие посуды и прочих кухонных принадлежностей, наличие кондиционера (ночью было прохладно), утюга с гладильной доской. Наличие тапочек. Особенно порадовал владелец апартаментов. Лично встретил и помог перенести багаж. Им была предоставлена полная информация с предоставлением ссылок о достопримечательностях, парковках, кафе и ресторанах, магазинах. Однозначно рекомендую.
Отсутствие микроволновой печи. Отсутствие паркоместа, принадлежащего апартаментам, но найти место на улице (оплата не требуется)не составило труда. В 150 метрах есть охраняемый паркинг.
