Very comfy, modern, clean, kitchen well equipped, staff was super helpful and available.
Floor / ceiling is made of wood: neighbors clearly audible.
Intercom doesn't have opening function: have to go down from second floor to open the main door for your traveling partner / guests.
Parking only in the street.

La casa si presenta accogliente con ambienti adeguati (tranne alcuni aspetti del bagno). Comodo per una settimana di alloggio. In quartiere ben servito dai mezzi pubblici e non troppo lontano dal centro, pieno di vita sino a sera
Il bagno: lavabo troppo piccolo rispetto al rubinetto, che ne rendeva l’utilizzo scomodo. La posizione del water è anche essa scomoda. La doccia invece era adeguata e piacevole. Se avete la macchina, in zona troverete parcheggio con difficoltà soprattutto la sera e sarete obbligati a utilizzare il parcheggio a pagamento (6 giorni = 102 euro) Piccolo appunto: sarebbe stata gradita la presenza di una bottiglietta d’acqua e di un paio di capsule di caffè, come benvenuto
