Très propre et pratique avec sa place de parking juste devant la porte. Un joli logement tout neuf dans lequel on se sent comme à la maison. Un accueil bien agréable.

La localisation en bord de route. Cela ne peut convennir à tout le monde. Une grande chambre avec un lit de moyenne taille qui pourrait etre plus grand.

La literie était excellente. L'appartement était très bien équipé. Il ne manquait rien, nous avons passés un super moment non loin du centre ville de Bourges.

Ce qui nous a plu : l'appartement en lui même (neuf et bien aménagé). La propreté, les petites attentions (thé, café, boissons, bonbons), le fait qu'il y ait du savon et du dentifrice à disposition, la réactivité du propriétaire par rapport aux messages. Ce qui nous a moins plus (avis subjectif) : Étant 3, le lit double pour 2 est très bien, par contre le canapé lit est un peu raide et pas uniforme (un côté mou et l'autre dur). Peut être rajouter un dessus de matelas un peu plus moelleux pour que ce soit plus confortable ? Il manque un étendage (pour faire sécher des affaires) :). L'appartement étant proche de la route, on entend les voitures qui passent vite (cela reste subjectif) Enfin, pourquoi pas rajouter un petit rideaux devant la porte d'entrée pour cacher la lumière la nuit si on dort dans le salon.
