The flat surpassed our expectations! It is a brand new remodel, beautifully designed and built, with all comforts and amenities. The property manager was responsive and friendly. The location, near a great
shopping area, was quiet but convenient to the promenade and to shopping and restaurants. We had a wonderful time in PenzanceWe would gladly spend a longer visit.
No complaints at all.

The cottage was beautiful. I follow the owner on Instagram so was excited to stay there.Our beautiful welcome - fresh daffodils, Easter eggs, scones, jam and clotted cream, as well as her personal recommendations for what to do, visit and eat at was very hospitable. We really appreciated the rare parking spot, and the location so close to the town, shops, train station etc. So much space too. We were spoilt thoroughly.
We loved everything so no complaints. Just tiny things like access to more soap and shampoo for our stay and instructions for the heating, would have helped but Lottie was very responsive and helpful - so all good.

The property was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. The facilities were fully equipped with absolutely nothing to complain about. It’s a shame there wasn't a bathtub, but my wife joked that if it had one, she would want to live there!
Not a major issue at all, but the hair conditioner seemed a bit old (or maybe it's just that type of product) as the liquid had separated. However, that was literally the only minor detail, and we had absolutely no other problems during our stay.

是个不错的地方，门开的有点费劲，最后还是打开了，拿着行李需要下行几个台阶，有个拐弯，对于拿大行李的我们困难了一点。
做饭的油烟不易排出去，加强通风会更好。
