Das Appartement liegt in der 2.Etage eines ruhigen Mehrfamilienhauses, in einer Seitenstr. der Strandpromenade. Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus. Zugang mit Schlüsselkarte, Parkplatz ebenfalls,mit Schranke. Aufzug vorhanden. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Es war überall sehr sauber.
Die Tischplatte aus Glas in Küche/Wohnraum fiel bei der 1. Berührung herunter. Die Kaffepadmaschine war am Wassertank undicht.

bel appartement propre et complet et une place de parking réservée, un grand point pour notre couple facilité pour mon épouse étant handicapée de se déplacer avec sa chaise roulante

Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig; die Lage ist sehr gut (2. Reihe an der Promenade).
Die Wohnung ist abgewohnt, es fehlen Ablagemöglichkeiten/Haken im Bad. Das Geschirr im Schrank war teils schmutzig, es war krümelig auf dem Boden.
