I did a great range of things in a relaxed way, was sorry to leave, and will return to Le H

SSW orientation looking across the Port de Plaisance, with a fresh breeze most days. Top notch location, for beach, town centre and transport links. I liked being on the top (sixth) floor, the large side-hinged windows, and the rolling shutter for shade.

For someone less tall than me the microwave might have been a bit awkward to use, both because of its height and because the door opens away from the adjoining wall.

Some noise from the fridge close to the bed. More options for coffee making would be nice (Senseo is not really good coffee in my view).

Superbe emplacement pour profiter de la vue

Le studio est dans une résidence de standing, calme, face au port de plaisance. Situé au 6e et dernier étage, la vue est magnifique (conforme aux photos) et l'on peut rêver au gré des variations de lumière selon la météo. L'appartement est spacieux, très propre, literie confortable, ferme et souple à la fois. Valérie assure avec gentillesse et efficacité le lien. J'y séjournerai de nouveau avec grand plaisir.

Il faut impérativement un smartphone connecté pour accéder aux informations de retrait des clés (boîte dans une rue adjacente) et trajet jusqu'à la résidence. Il est donc prudent de contacter Valérie à l'avance pour pouvoir la joindre directement par téléphone en cas de difficultés. Sur place, le code wifi n'est accessible que si l'on a déjà du wifi… Une feuille (papier) avec ce genre de renseignements serait plus pratique. Bref, la technologie a ses limites…

Magnifique séjour sublimé par ce petit appartement et sa vue incroyable

L'emplacement était idéal, face au port de plaisance, la vue était extraordinaire depuis la grande baie vitrée du 6ème étage. La situation était parfaite pour une découverte de la ville à pied. Le logement est parfait, très agréable avec la déco dans le thème de Picasso. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce petit séjour au Hâvre, et la réactivité de notre hôte.

Séjour de rêve au Havre

Studio confortable, bénéficiant d'une vue magnifique et d'une jolie décoration. Le linge de lit et de toilette sont raffinés. La cuisine est bien équipée. Rien ne manque pour passer un séjour exceptionnel. L'appartement est très près du centre ville, de la plage. Nous reviendrons !!!

Wunderbare Aussicht vom 6. Stockwerk nach Westen zum Sonnenuntergang über dem Atlantik und der Hafenausfahrt von Le Havre. Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartement, günstiger Preis und kostenlosen Parken in unmittelbarer Nähe. Hausherr sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

profondément déçue par le manque de volonté et le manque de réactivité du propriétaire face à un problème sérieux

Emplacement

Nous avions réservé ce joli petit studio pour passer un week-end au Havre. Tout a très bien commencé. L'appartement est effectivement mignon avec vu sur la mer. Nous avons vite déchanté : il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude dans la douche. Après avoir alerter à 18:00 le gérant de l'appartement, il nous rappelle à 21:00, ne s'excuse pas, il nous propose comme au camping d'aller prendre la douche dans un appartement du rez-de-chaussé. Fais mine de ne pas nous croire, ne propose pas de faire venir quelqu'un pour réparer. Nous devons nous même demander de faire venir quelqu'un. Il fait finalement venir la femme de ménage qui nous expliquera que le robinet était déjà cassé avant que nous loyons l'appartement. Nous n'avons eu aucun retour du propriétaire, pas une excuse. Nous avons eu une proposition de remise une fois avoir porté réclamation à booking: 30 euros de remise pour les deux nuits. Nous avons donc payé 65e la nuit pour un service qui ne vaut même pas celui d'un formule 1. Les pannes arrivent. En revanche il est inadmissible de louer un studio 80e la nuit en sachant que l'eau chaude ne fonctionne pas et de traiter ses clients de cette façon.
