Good Priced Accommodation in East Acton

Location is great, it’s affordable basic single room and owner was nice trying to help out.

Not very clean (bad smell, dirty floors, dirty sheets), broken wardrobe, damaged walls, no heating + there was this crazy guy next door shouting and singing.

There is no breakfast providrd, however there is fully equipped kitchen area ( fridge, microwave, washing machine, etc. ) You will find no cooking pots, only 1 frying pan. There is a shortage of plates. Kitchen is very narrow and there is no table and no chairs.

Be prepared for a Japanese - style life on the floor. In the room there is only mattress and wardrobe, however ( room no.4 ) rail for clothes hangers is missing ( stolen ? ), so it is impossible to hang your clothes. It is very inconvenient to keep all your belongings on the floor. Room and toilets are very clean. I spent more than 1 hour outside the property because PIN number was wrong. You need 2 codes to enter your room: first one for outside door to pick up the key to enter the building and second one for your room. I was given only 1 number, which was wrong. It was impossible to reach the owner on the phone. I entered only thanks to a kind gentleman, perhaps a permanent resident, who managed to connect to the owner. After about 15 minutes he finally gave me proper codes.

This place is lovely, reasonably clean and great for the price. I had access to a fridge, microwave, hub and air fryer.

It seem the pillows and duvet are old. They had a strange unpleasant odour. There were other people's hair all over the bed and bathroom floor. Luckily I had my own bedding and bath slippers. Please change the smelly duvet and pillows and wash the bedding.

Mostly quiet and within walking distance from station

New beddings/ towels had to be requested after I reached, bed was bad, other facilities mentioned in the description were missing like WiFi
