    The hotel is nice, but when I booked, I requested a smoking room that apparently isn't even offered there, so either the hotel or Agoda messed up the listing, and the breakfast was pretty misleading.

    Me and my friend had a great stay. Breakfast in the morning in the cafe near by was fantastic. Our room was nice, clean and very quiet at night time. Lots of shops, places to eat by the main road. A huge shopping centre walking distance, or a short bus ride from the hotel. Great stay, Great price, great location.

    The room and bathroom were clean, the sheets were fresh, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the corridor had a really unpleasant smell, which was probably the biggest downside. It is clearly a budget option, so there are some minor imperfections here and there, but overall it was fine for the price. The location is convenient, with bus stops nearby and easy bus connections to the Underground. The area is average. It is not the nicest part of London, but I also did not feel uncomfortable stepping outside. The street itself is quite busy, so it can be noisy if you sleep with the window open, although this is obviously not the hotel's fault. Overall, a reasonable budget option if you are looking for somewhere affordable and well connected.

    We are treated rudely by one of the receptionist with initial SM.. we are treated badly and our stay was ruined.
