The individual reception and front-desk staff are friendly and accommodating and decent human beings which to me is really important. The Cleaners do their best, but it is up to the guests to keep it tidy or not.Any time I asked a towel or a help with a card( sometimes de-activate they do it) as well there is good vibe between them cleaners receptionists etc which is not the case in other hostels. It is good is not a party hostel like before with the bar downstairs in those days people making noise partying hard & etc.The manager and supervisor are committed.I will stay again if the opportunity arises. There is no storage to leave your bags, but the rest is good. The location is quiet cool with many coffee shops and bars and shopping retail.I m grateful.Thanks.

Acceptable for the price but a few issues…
Staff difficult to find around during the day (for checkin etc)… but appearing at night (twice out of the 4 nights I spent there a member of the staff appeared in the dorm close to midnight, switched lights one & woke people up… once just for a headcount, the other time to inform myself that I was allocated the wrong bed by mistake and that I would have to move… which wasn’t possible on my part as it was close to midnight).
The other issue were some bugs (possibly, I didn’t quite manage to find out what it was but there were no mosquitoes in the dorm) that ate me alive during the second and third nights … the staff informed me that they would change the bedsheets for my last night there while I was out during the day but never did (I returned to the hostel late in the evening and didn’t bother making a fuss about it… however, luckily for me, the creatures did not re appear on the last night there).
Don't miss out! Price and availability may change
