Grammy Hostel Residence

The owner was very nice person. I asked for help many times and she always tried to support me. Also, there's no breakfast service but specially, she made for me quick one.It's just an egg, lavash,cheese and tomatoes but very tasty, which cost 1500. Thank you so much.

There are two bathrooms but one of them was broken or under construction, so it's a little bit busy especially when many guests stay. The owner always try to clean the guesthouse to be the best I understand, but there's a problem of cleaness this time, which could be fixed soon by the owner, so it's totally no problem for me. It can be said to every hotels, but you should check whether your bed sheet is clean or not and replaced or not before using.

The hostel offers excellent value for money. The building is newly constructed and everything is very clean. The rooms are well maintained, and a fresh mattress cover is used for each new guest, which is a very nice touch. There are separate bathrooms and showers on the first and second floors. The kitchen is very well organized and fully equipped with a microwave, fridges, a stove, and all the cutlery, pots, and pans you might need. There is also a comfortable common area in the kitchen with a TV that you can use at any time during the day or night. Another great feature is that the rooms are equipped with desks, and there is also a dedicated study/work room downstairs, which is perfect for remote workers. The internet connection is stable and reliable. The hostel is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is easily accessible by public transport. The owner is also extremely kind and helpful. She is happy to provide information about getting around the city, where to shop, and anything else you might need during your stay. Overall, a very comfortable and well-organized place to stay in Yerevan.

Ambiente molto friendly, personale molto gentile e posizione tattica vicina a tutte le attrazioni principali della città.

Il materasso era scomodo e duro, le prime notti non sono riuscito a prendere sonno come avrei voluto. Ci vorrebbe un materasso più spesso e morbido o un doppio materasso.

Nena y su hija muy bien. Precio bien económico.

El problema fue el fin de semana que no estaba la dueña. su reemplazo fue malo. Sin papel higiénico 2 diss. Es imposible para un hostel con más de 15 personas que funcione un solo baño. Falta limpieza.
