מלון מקסים, הכל חדש ונקי מאוד. החדר נוח מאוד עם כל הפינוקים. הצוות היה מאוד אדיב. המלון נמצא בקרבת מקום לכל האטרקציות שבסביבת חמשת האגמים.

The room was spacious and beautiful with a view on Mt Fuji. Super clean. Great low-oxygen gym. We had a car, which made it accessible and close to Mt Fuji. They have a convenient car park for hotel guests

Nice big room, great sized bathroom! Loved that we got a Mt Fuji view on clear room.
Hole in wall, staff were aware of but we did not get told about, stain on mattress. While the view was great with Mt Fuji, the rooms look over a massive cement car park.
