the rooms needed more lights as it was very dim at night time.
There should have been other options for a buffet breakfast
Room too dark at night

My adult son and I stayed in a superior room after we completed a 2 day Fuji summit climb. This is a modern Japanese style hotel, beautifully laid out inside and out. Accessible easily from station with taxi. Free shuttle bus to outlet mall just around the corner.
The room was super spacious, luxuriously set out with comfortable beds, plush and ample towels bathrobes and PJs, quality toiletries, wonderful bathroom. The little kitchenette great for making teas and storing snacks. The onsen with 3 tubs and hot sauna, clean and spacious and Pola toiletries. The staff was very helpful with some English. I would love to stay for 2-3 days for wellness and relaxation.
As my son has tattoos which cannot be covered due to their location and size, he was not able to enjoy the onsen area.

I liked the onsen inside the hotel
for some reason restaurants were not available at a time I was there. this is a little bit frustrating that you cannot have dinner at hotel.
