    Repeatedly stayed at Mars GardenWood Gotemba for the 4th time and the experience remains consistently excellent. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the environment is peaceful and the service standards have been very reliable across every stay. One of the highlights is definitely the Japanese breakfast that is thoughtfully prepared, delicious and something we genuinely look forward to each morning. Overall, a very dependable and relaxing hotel around the Fuji/Gotemba area that keeps us coming back.

    Will definitely return. Very nice hotel with friendly staff. View of Fuji are excellent. Only negative is there always no staff in the lobby.

    Stayed for one night visiting Hakone area and the Gotemba outlet mall. Stuff was very nice at checkin and checkout. The room was huge and clean and comfortable beds. We did not have breakfast and we did not have time to use the hotel's facilities which looked good. Free parking.
