Quattro Rise

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The location of the villa was excellent, the pool was fantastic, and the rooms were spacious and perfect for our family's needs. We also want to thank you for the excellent service. When the pool filter stopped working, someone arrived within about 10 minutes and fixed it right away. We really appreciated how quickly you responded. Your communication throughout our stay was also very good, and we felt well taken care of.

While we enjoyed our stay, we feel there are a few things that need attention. The villa was not as clean as we expected when we arrived. We actually had to buy cleaning products on our first day and clean the villa ourselves before settling in. The sofa had an unpleasant smell and did not seem clean. There were many ants inside the kitchen cupboards, there was mold in the bathroom, and the shower head in that bathroom was broken. Although we reported the shower head, unfortunately it was not replaced during our stay. We hope this feedback is helpful, because with better cleaning and maintenance, this villa could offer an even better experience for future guests.

Excellent villa! Great location, very private, with three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The pool was clean and well maintained, all accessories new and communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect. Everything needed was nearby. The sea, supermarket, restaurants. It was a new complex, clean and quiet. Pool was clean and nice. Kitchen was equipped with all necessary appliances to cook. Every bedroom had its own bathroom and tv.
