Perfect place for our family winter getaway, lots of room, nice beds and living space. Great location for running, walking and swimming (even in winter). Thank you Andreas, a lovely, friendly host. A+

Last year we rented this villa and were very happy with our stay, which is why we decided to return this year.
What pleasantly surprised us was the renovation of the first floor — everything in the living room and kitchen looked brand new and sparkling clean.
It’s clear that the property is very well maintained.
The pool is cleaned regularly, and the villa is ideally located just 100 meters from the beach and 200 meters from several restaurants.
Quiet, peaceful, and spotless — a perfect place to relax.

Very clean and ticked all the boxes for everything that we needed. Lovely pool area which was cleaned 3 times per week.
Second stay at this Villa and will hopefully return in the future. Villa is positioned with easy access to 2 lovely beaches a few minutes walk away. Likewise with some lovely restaurants. Especially Faliros restaurant, which was superb.
Owner is extremely friendly and helpful and popped in a couple of times to ensure everything was ok.
Everything was excellent.
