Excellent location, spacious and comfortable villa, clean, and perfect for a family vacation. The communication with the team was smooth, and we had a wonderful stay. This villa is a perfect choice for families, especially larger ones. The villa is close to the beach, everything you need is nearby, the facilities are good, and the service is quick and reliable.
A few minor maintenance issues, such as the air conditioning and some appliances not working perfectly, but nothing that significantly affected our holiday.

Lot of space, and all appliances available at the property for cooking (grill, dishes, dishwasher, large fridge etc.) and leisure (lounge place on terrace, swimming pool, outside shower). Hair dryer in every room. Three bathrooms are ideal four a group of 7 people.
Property is a bit old, yet looks quite good. Water pipes need cosmetic attention, but worked with no questions - we had hot water whenever we needed it.

Well maintained property in a great location. Walking distance from the beautiful coastline and beaches but also to restaurants and bars. Any issues we had were dealt with promptly and professionally by the rental company. Plenty of space indoors and outside for our family of 5 adults. We have stayed in Kapparis many times before and love the area. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
