Property was just as described. Had everything we needed and despite being in an area that had quite a few properties was very quiet. A lovely beach that was only a few minutes walk and the strip with shops bars and restaurants also a couple of minutes away. Nice pool area and air con in the bedrooms was very much needed!

Nothing. The seating has gone in one of the sofa’s but didn’t affect us as apart from sleeping we were outside all of the time.

Everything is perfect! I highly recommend it to everyone. The owner is helpful in every way and extremely flexible! The best host!

The pool and pool area was fabulous. Large pool for a private villa and lots of well maintained greenery. The provided pool towels were a great size and good quality. The two different eating areas were great. The villa inside was spacious and very clean. It had everything you could need, literally like home from home. There was plenty of hand soap which was really appreciated as was the water in the fridge on arrival. All the bedrooms had ample storage. The owner was quick to reply to messages. The location of the villa was quiet and walking distance to Kapparis main strip, plus two fantastic beaches. I definitely recommend this villa.

The bedding was thin and not great quality. The pillows were not good and the mattress was hard. Having said this it was very clean and that is mostly important. The indoor stairs are kinda spiral and not good for children or any mobility problems. We left our suitcases downstairs as just too dangerous to attempt carrying up the stairs. There is a huge storage cupboard under the stairs that we could store the cases in. The bath towels were very small. The pool area is very overlooked. The indoor sofas springs have gone.
