Since the property was a flat, we did self catering. Very good facilities available which catered for all our needs during the stay.
Parking for one vehicle was available at no extra cost and it is located next to the property.
Excellent value for money.
We would stay here again. Well done!
I found the lock box very difficult to open. It may be wise to invest in a larger unit.
The internal staircase leading to the flat is very steep. This property may not suit those with a mobility problem.
I had to use my vehicle route-logger to locate the property.
While parking is located next to the property, it is unsecured.

The property is on a newish estate parking for the maisonette as per other comments was very tight in a big car due the neighbours van. The place itself has all the home comforts and very clean.
The walk into Bideford took us about 15 minutes and an easy walk.
The weather was very hot and with no outside space a fan or two would be a great addition as it got to 30 degrees in the bedroom.

very nice and clean and its location spot on for us
very very low water pressure. The showe and the taps where just a drible, the toilet running all the time and the wifi difficult
