Pebble Bay

The location on book.com is wrong (it says the property is in bideford near the hospital- the property is on a housing estate on the edge of appledore). We were looking to move to bideford and wanted to explore at various times of day- this should have been easy but because of the location involved a lot of car parking. I called sykes cottages who manage the property and they were quite rude and unhelpful. My second interaction with them after a problem with a property in okehampton. I left a note for the owner as they may be unaware. The house felt like we had to be on edge not to damage anything. Otherwise, good. Living in a new build property was interesting.

Sorry boxes wrong way around… The property was clean and had everything we needed. Little treats were there for our arrival including milk. It is safe and the dedicated parking space saves stress.

Great property, lovely house and lovely neighbours. Loved the welcome gift of scones, cream and jam. A lovely thought.

Wished it had a washing machine. But not a big deal. The address / pin location on booking.com is not where the house is.
