Note: We’d like to kindly let our guests know that all bookings must begin on a Friday.This helps us manage changeovers smoothly and ensure the best possible experience for everyone staying with us. Tarka View consists of an open-plan living space with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer,, a dining space for two, and a sitting area with Smart TV. There is a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room. Outside there is a front enclosed decking with furniture, and a rear enclosed decking with hot tub, barbecue, and furniture, plus off-road parking for two cars. The gardener will be on site every Friday. Two well-behaved pets welcome and included, additional dogs are charged at GBP 20 each. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.7 miles, river 0.1 miles, beach 4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels included. Make memories with a stay at Otters Leap. Surf the waves, stroll through pretty villages, wander along the Tarka Trail, visit a famous garden or have some fun at one of the local theme or farm parks – it’s all on the doorstep.
