Note: We’d like to kindly let our guests know that all bookings must begin on a Friday.This helps us manage changeovers smoothly and ensure the best possible experience for everyone staying with us. Tarka View consists of an open-plan living space with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer,, a dining space for two, and a sitting area with Smart TV. There is a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room. Outside there is a front enclosed decking with furniture, and a rear enclosed decking with hot tub, barbecue, and furniture, plus off-road parking for two cars. The gardener will be on site every Friday. Two well-behaved pets welcome and included, additional dogs are charged at GBP 20 each. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.7 miles, river 0.1 miles, beach 4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels included. Make memories with a stay at Otters Leap. Note: Restricted head height in sitting room. Note: Good housekeeping bond of 250 GBP. Note: Check-in 5pm, check-out 10am.

Town: Straddling the Torridge estuary, the quaint bustling town of Bideford boasts a medieval bridge, town quay, quaint pannier market and vibrant shopping area - all well worth a visit. For the more active, several major surfing beaches, golf courses, theme parks and other attractions are nearby and the South West coast path passes close by on its way into Cornwall. The beautiful cliff-top fishing village of Clovelly is half an hour by road, and the delights of Exmoor and Dartmoor can be reached in under an hour. Surf the waves, stroll through pretty villages, wander along the Tarka Trail, visit a famous garden or have some fun at one of the local theme or farm parks – it’s all on the doorstep.
