Elegantis Penthouse in the Heart of Rome With Private Terrace and View

We loved the patio and the ability to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. The bottle of bubbly upon arrival was such a sweet surprise and a lovely touch! We also found the location incredibly convenient, with easy access to the subway and train stops. Being so close to so many yummy restaurants was another big plus. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the convenient location.

We traveled from the US and did not arrive with our own shampoo and soap, so we appreciated having these provided in the rental property. However, we found the quality and presentation of the toiletries disappointing. The miniature bars of soap and individually packaged shampoo felt a bit inadequate, and we ended up purchasing additional hand soap for both the bathrooms and kitchen. An additional chair in the living room would also be helpful and would make the space more comfortable. I also had some difficulty maintaining a Wi-Fi connection when I was in the far bedroom. The main bathroom was lovely. However, we would not consider the second bathroom to be a full bathroom, as it consists of a shower head and a floor drain rather than a more traditional bathroom setup.

DEPARTAMENTO MUY AMPLIO , COMODO, UN BALCON MUY GRANDE Y CERCA DEL METRO, IMPORTANTE PARA MOVERSE POR ROMA!!!!

The kindness of the guy giving us the keys.

Loved the beds. They were very comfortable. Hosts were very responsive.

The shower did not work well - clogged and over flowed. I thought the couch was quite disgusting - worn and sunken so that I didn't feel comfortable sitting there. The location was not in the heart of Rome... much further from the city centre than the website made you believe. In addition, there was very disturbing hammering against our bedroom walls during the day while we tried to get some rest
