Lo mejor es la ubicación cerca de la estación de Termini.
El sofá cama es muy incomodo y no hay ningún sillón o sofá extra para poder ver la TV. La bomba de calor del A/C, no funciona muy bien, no calienta en exceso.

Très bon accueil. Propre, Agreable, bonne literie. Bien placé dans la ville. Aucun ménage demandé au départ.
Totalement insonorisé du hall d'entrée de l'immeuble. Peu d'eau chaude et uniquement dans la douche. Four hors service. Robinet cuisine ne tient plus.

La ubicación por supuesto, está a un paso de Termini con lo que en metro vas a dónde quieras. Calle tranquila, sin ruido y barrio bueno.
El apartamento necesita por su precio un lavado de cara, está un poco abandonado, nos advirtió Estéfano que no habían acabado de limpiar, pero el baño estaba sucio, el espejo que es lo más visible muy sucio, las instalaciones muy gastadas o mal mantenidas. Éramos tres y el sofá cama es incómodo y muy viejo, se podría mejorar, el apartamento vale dinero pero no deja de ser la portería pero cuiden las instalaciones o tenga las limpias por favor! He preferido no colgar fotos, del baño 🚽 porque hablan mucho.
