Location is pretty good

Beds have those dirty marks

Above all, I appreciate the location and comfort of the accommodation. Cleanliness, amenities, and peace and quiet—everything was great. A nice bathroom, a spacious and functional kitchen, and a TV with Netflix.

There's a strange aroma when you walk into the apartment, but it's not unpleasant or long-lasting.

We liked the property for its location as it is only 1 train stop away from Rome Termini. The studio was clean and comfortable, great kitchenette and air conditioning and washing machine. It looked exactly as the pics on Booking.com

The property was hard to access as you first had to open a lock box to get the 3 keys for 3 different doors to access the property. Also after entering the first door there is 18 stairs to contend with (with your luggage) before you get to the lift. Day 2 of our stay the lift was not working so we had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs (33c heat in July). After contacting the owner through Booking.com the lift did get fixed. Even though the property was clean, we had to search for toiletries to use and found them in a cupboard. The seal on the fridge door was hanging off and the freezer in the small fridge was dripping water each time you open the fridge door.
