Bed is too small - needs to be (& the bedroom is big enough) for a super king/ twin Noise from the flat above 😟 Couple & youngster, very nice, not especially noisy but sadly hear everything

Excellent location. Very good size property for a couple.
The noise insulation from the upstairs flat is not very good. There is a lot of noise from foot traffic etc upstairs
