We liked everything about this house. It was a lot bigger than it looked in the photos and had everything we needed. We weren’t expecting a welcome pack so it was a very pleasant surprise and much appreciated, especially the milk as we arrived late at night.
There’s a balcony off the main bedroom with a great view, which wasn’t in the description.
I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

Great layout with lots of living space and large garden.

Location and peaceful.
The beds. Mattresses and bedding needs upgrading especially twin and bunk bed (very rickety). Balcony off double room needs cleaning. Couldn’t use as dirty with cobwebs (been there quite a while). Furniture on decking unsafe. One chair gave way which could have been nasty.
Had to pick dog poo up from garden (not ours). Children we’re playing here

Location excellent Well equipped
Fridge and freezer need defrosting .Sofas and beds need upgrades.Suggest you put a visitors book for guests to give you more feedback back .When driving down road first time hard to see your Seaston es sign.
