The amount of room
The railings in the terrace a little unstable

Location- very close to pier
Free street parking outside the property
Lovely neighbours
Large downstairs lounge
Parking for one not two cars (unless you had two minis!)
Cleanliness of crockery, skirting boards, corners of the room
None of the upstairs bedroom doors closed
Three bedrooms need to have blackout blinds or thicker curtains as we were woken early by the light
Shower down stairs was tiny and upstairs was facing the wrong way
Front garden and outside back garden space needed some TLC- brushing, weeding
Welcome pack was very outdated and we had to hunt to find it

The house was in an excellent location, with really love facilities. We all loved our mini break here. The hosts were really responsive when we had a minor issue
