We liked pretty much everything. The location was fantastic, the host was very efficient and friendly. The unit was clean, had everything we needed, and was really cute. The beds were comfortable.

Air conditioning isn’t really sufficient and we needed to have the fans on full blast upstairs in the loft area and downstairs on the bed for sleeping. But when we were in the main part of the house hanging out, it took a very long time for the room to get cold enough to be comfortable. Of course we were there in a heat wave and so it was incredibly hot to start with and probably difficult for the air-conditioning to keep up with. Any other time of the year it would probably be perfectly fine.

立地は駅から徒歩3分ですし、スーパーもレストランも近いのでとても便利でした！ アパートの玄関を開けたあと20段ほど階段があったが、案内してくださる方が快く手伝ってくれました！ 大きいベッドが2台あるので大人数で泊まるのにとてもいいと思います。エアコンが効きづらいですが、扇風機があったので助かりました！洗濯機や物干し竿はstaff onlyと書かれた場所にありましたが、洗濯機ありの部屋を予約したので勝手に使わせてもらいましたが問題なく使えました。洗濯が全て終わるまでに1時間程かかるのでお気をつけください。

家の鍵と電気類系統の鍵、アパートの玄関の鍵がひとつまとめにされ、ロックが掛けられた状態で渡されますが、電気系統の鍵を刺していないと冷蔵庫とエアコン以外の電源がシャットダウンされる為、洗濯機を回しながら出掛けることは出来なかったのが不便でした。上の階の方の足音や物音、外の車の音は普通に聞こえますが、夜遅くまで聞こえることは無かったので私たちは大丈夫でした。 ティッシュペーパーが常備されてないので、持っていくことをおすすめします。アパートの玄関を開けた後部屋まで20段ほどの階段があります。エレベーターはありませんのでお気を付けください。

This is a clean, attractive and well organised apartment in a great location with some really nice touches like the coffee machine and the lovely decoration.

The reasons I have to only give it a middling rating instead of the 5 stars I really wanted to are these: the ceiling has zero sound insulation and we were often kept awake by thumping, from what I assume was hyperactive children running around in the flat above. It's like someone constantly hitting a kick drum in the roof, and makes it very difficult to sleep. The last night was particularly bad- it went on past midnight and I'm not sure we could have spent another night there. The second reason is the air con. There isn't any. Sure, there's an elderly split unit on the wall, but the best it does, even at maximum setting is half heartedly puff out some air that's slightly below ambient temperature. This is obviously a known issue as we thought it was strange that the two fans in the room were pointed out at check in. To add insult to injury, it's a hotel style system where you're forced to turn off the electrics whenever you go out, meaning any marginal benefit you've gained from hours of thrashing the 'air con' at full blast is wiped out and you have to start again when you return. It's a silly problem, as the apartment is not huge, and a decent unit would cool it down in 5 minutes. We were always too hot, and advertising this place as having air con is basically false advertising. It doesn't. Like I said, I'm sorry to have to criticise, but between the heat and lack of sleep, we struggled staying here.
