Bardzo przytulny i czysty apartament w świetnej lokalizacji, niedaleko centrum Brna. Wygląd apartamentu i jego wyposażenie pokazują, ze właścicielom zależy na komforcie klientów. Do dyspozycji gości są kosmetyki, ręczniki oraz czysta, zadbana pościel. Dodatkowym plusem jest ekspres do kawy z kapsułkami. Właściciele przesyłają bardzo szczegółowe instrukcje dotyczące pobytu, a możliwość samodzielnego zameldowania (self check-in) była dla nas ogromnym udogodnieniem, ponieważ dotarliśmy do Brna nieco przed północą. Niestety, na początku pojawiła się drobna pomyłka – otrzymaliśmy kod do pustej skrzynki na klucze. Próbowaliśmy skontaktować się telefonicznie z właścicielami, jednak nie odbierali, więc przez chwilę czekaliśmy na odpowiedź przez Booking, co było dość stresujące. Na szczęście po kilku minutach otrzymaliśmy właściwy kod i problem został rozwiązany. Jedyną rzeczą, którą warto byłoby poprawić, jest komfort podczas upalnych nocy. W apartamencie było bardzo gorąco, dlatego mimo wygodnego łóżka trudno było się wyspać. Wymiana kołder na letnie i wyposażenie apartamentu w wentylator albo klimatyzację byłoby dużym udogodnieniem. Mimo tej drobnej niedogodności pobyt oceniamy pozytywnie.

W trakcie nocy jest bardzo duszno, gorąco.

Very nice and clean, everything is brand new. Very close to city center. Easy self check in. Veey good price for such quality and service

No breakfast was offered. This was a self contained apartment. I took it for the location, near the Masaryk University where I took a 4 week Summer School course in the Czech language. The apartment was comfortable, but the provisions were not sufficient and upgrades could be made to enhance the stay for future guests. The place was generally quiet, but an apt next door is being renovated, and so there is some noise coming through sometimes.

First of all, kitchen had no microwave. These are essential now. I had this place for 4 weeks and really could have used one. The induction stove was good but can't replace a microwave. The kitchen only had one coffee cup with no handles, so I bought two with handles and left them behind. The apartment kept cool, even in fairly hot weather, but a fan would have helped. I had one to leave behind, but the hosts reacted too slowly. I'm going back to Brno where my Czech teacher has it, so maybe they will take it. The bed needs to have light around it, a small night table with a lamp. I had my flashlight, and had I not had it, I would have had to use my phone, but again, no place to put the phone. The TV did not get local channels, which I would have wanted for my Czech. Only Netflix and other streaming services that the guest would have had to use his/her own account to access-but no live TV. I see this as a disadvantage. I left behind two larger bath towels, as the ones provided were (in my view) too small, more hand towels than bath towels. Instructions on what to do with glass and plastic would have also been useful. WiFi was very good, only went out once and the hosts told me where the router was so I could reboot it. But they should display the password in an easier place to see it, and in English would also have helped. It was kind of buried in their welcome message. As I explained to the hosts, this place needs to be better provisioned--(e.g. some dishwashing liquid, washing liquid, even small amounts to get people started.) These improvements can all be made with small money. They would make a big difference.
