Flat was near bus line which worked well for getting around in the area.
It was difficult to communicate with host, but when they did finally reply a couple of minor issues were addressed swiftly.

The area was quiet, flat was perfectly clean, good shower and beds were really comfortable. Ideal for us to use as a base for visiting family in the local area. Hosts replied instantly when we had a query, it was easy to find and access. Not too far from a station which was then an easy trip into London.
The flat has quite basic facilities (for example there were lots of glasses but no mugs or cups) which were fine for us, as we were just sleeping there, but would make cooking difficult or spending longer in the flat less comfortable.

There were great kitchen facilities, it was nice to wash and dry our clothes and relax in our own beds after a long day at work. The property has a great location for London and commuting for work. There is a small garden to the rear which the neighbour made us aware of. The neighbours are very friendly and helpful.
Initially the property was very difficult to locate, due to inconsistent information on Bookings. The finesse was missing re decorating, looks like decorators and joiners have done a quick job but we were able to see past this. The sofa is very small and we struggled to get comfy when seated. Very limited cooking equipment, no trays for cooking, limited utensils.
