Master bedroom nice. Location was good and central. Secure.
Dishwasher broken and loaded with dirty plates.
Draw broken in kitchen hanging off.
Food cupboards in kitchen full with other people's food.
Kitchen needs a complete revamp. No organisation in there so have to hunt through the draws and cupboards to find basic items e.g plates!
Sofa bed in living room was needed as advertised to sleep 4 however no blinds or curtains in living room so very bright early morning.
Toilet broken constantly dripping water.
Plug in bath broken.

Excellent communication. Easy parking. 10 minute walk to station. Good value overall.
Felt studenty. Cleaning wasn’t good, animal hair, mouldy bath mat & generally felt grimey. Kitchen was super cluttered with broken & missing cupboard doors. Many pots of cigarette-ends on outside windowsills.
