No garden, bar or restaurant as claimed. Front area needs upgrade- could be a nice place to sit. Steep stairs to 1st floor. Couldn’t have managed with heavy cases if on 2nd!Bathroom door did not close. Room not tidied- were we supposed to ask?

First of all,I paid for a triple room with a garden view that did not exist.Instead, I received a cramped room facing the main road and a football field, with unpleasant pillows and no bath mats after the shower Secodly, the services were almost nonexistent Thirdly,was told that there wouldn't be enough coffe beans for tomorrow simply because I dared to have 2 coffees at breakfast, breakfast wich I paid separately On top of that,I had to worry about parking wich was actually a public parking, I had to pay for myself This hotel claims to be 3 stars, but în reality the services and quality are no more than 1 star I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Lovely little family run French hotel, all the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was perfect as was the coffee! Would love to go back!

Great location.

I booked (and fully prepaid) a garden view room in Villefranche for myself and my two children. What we got instead was a view of a gravel parking lot with two lonely trees. We arrived Friday at 4 p.m., got our room key, dropped our suitcase, and went to the beach. When we returned, we discovered there was no remote for the air conditioning — instead, a small fan was placed on the bedside table. Outside temperature: +35°C. Inside temperature: the same. That night was unbearable. The next day I asked the cleaning staff for the AC remote. The answer? “AC is not working, use the fan.” Reception (open only from 4 to 7 p.m. daily) was closed. On Monday, I finally caught someone at the desk, and the lady casually told me they already knew the AC in room 8 was broken but the repairman was “on vacation this week.” So they knowingly rented out a suffocating hot room in peak summer to a family with children. Housekeeping came once on Saturday. The room next door was cleaned again on Monday, but ours was skipped, despite the cleaner seeing us leave for the day. To add to the misery, there was an impressive colony of ants running through the room. This stay was awful from start to finish — misleading room description, non-functional AC in extreme heat, minimal cleaning, terrible communication, and zero accountability. Booking.com should seriously reconsider listing this property. Avoid at all costs.

The worst hotel we stayed. Very dirty, ants walking everywhere in the room. No soap put in dispensers both in shower and sink. Nobody to ask at reception. There was a dog barking in the next room.

Although the room was quite small, the stunning view made it worthwhile and added a special touch to our stay. (We had a room with lateral sea view)

On the third day of our stay, we followed the instructions on the flyer and left two used towels on the floor to be replaced. To our surprise, when we returned, the same wet and dirty towels had simply been hung back up instead of being changed. Additionally, the daily room cleaning service was practically non-existent throughout our stay.

Check in experience was a nightmare because French people don’t work on Sunday. Reception was empty with 1 piece of paper asking people to check in at a restaurant which was also closed! But I looked back at my emails and saw that they had emailed me the code to open the safe in the entrance where I could retrieve my keys (along with the ones of all the other clients… weird).

Check in experience and the fact that the 2 rooms we booked (for us parents + 3 kids) were not on the same level.

Very nice hotel located in a beautiful town, service at the highest level, the lady at the reception very nice, very clean. Very good contact with the hotel, private parking, close to the town center and the beach. A very successful stay. I will definitely come back many times.

cleanliness and location were the main highlights.staff were friendly and bed was comfy.id visit again to be fair but this time it was not a successful visit

Unfortunately I was was in a room where aircon broke down in the first few hours and poured water out on the floor when running.this made it very difficult to sleep and I had a bin and a towel on the floor to collect the water as I ran it 10 minutes at a time not to wake up everybody at night.other issue was the shower that was set and fixed at a height that meant me as a 194cm person had to crouch down to have a shower.

compared to nearby Nizza much better value for money. Nice balcony with a view to the citadel, about 10-15 mins walking to rhe trainstation

I was travelling alone, but for two the room is probably on the small side. Some further options at the breakfast would be nice

Superlage in Villefranche Sur Mere für Ausflüge nach Nizza und Monaco mit Bus und Bahn. Fussläufig zum Wandern ums Cap Ferrat oder an den schönen Stadtstrand. Abends schöne kleine Promenade mit guten Restaurants. Personal sehr freundlich zu Hunden, die erlaubt sind.

La chambre très calme mais , lit confortable.

La chambre qui a eu du mal à chauffer malgrés l’augmentation du thermostat et le petit déjeuner continental qui n’était pas à la hauteur. Croissants pas frais et mini pain au chocolat , jus de fruits bas de gamme , pain idem pas frais .

Le soleil. Et la jeune serveuse, très agréable.

Salle petite, choux limité, ambiance terne.

Perfekt läge nära strand, stad och kommunikationer. Bra hotell med fint rum och mycket trevlig personal. Det finns en italiensk restaurang som hör ihop med hotellet vi verkligen kan rekommendera för deras goda mat.

Strange bathroom with 4 stairs to get to it. No coffee maker. Walls were a little thin, could hear bathroom next door.

La situation est parfaite. Le personnel tres bien le parking très appréciable mais doit être amélioré (nous avons abimé notre voiture) il faut enlever dans le parking tout ce qui est inutile comme les tours des arbres qui empèchent de manoeuvrer. le petit déjeuner n'est pas au niveau de l'établissement et vraiment trop cher par rapport à un petit déjeuner pris sur le port. la vue depuis la chambre 14 était très jolie.

le petit déjeuner avoir une seule clef (carte) alors qu'il n'y a pas de veilleur de nuit (nous étions à un mariage) réception ouverte seulement de 16 heures à 19 heures

Un hôtel magnifique, chaleureux et très propre. Idéalement situé à proximité des attractions du charmant vieux Villefranche-sur-Mer et de nombreux restaurants. Je recommande!
