Diktamo apartment, Palaiochora

Wunderbare Unterkunft! Die Gastgeber haben wirklich an alles gedacht, was ein*e Urlauber*in sich wünschen könnte! Bis in die kleinste Kleinigkeit alles liebevoll ausgestattet: Küche mit Tee, Kaffee, Gewürzen, Olivenöl, frischem Obst..., Bad mit Wattestäbchen, Zahnseidesticks, Seife, Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine... Ich war total überrascht über all diese Kleinigkeiten, die mit Bedacht ausgewählt wurden. Besonders zu schätzen ist, dass es überall Moskitogitter gibt und eine Abdunkelung in allen Räumen. Der umlaufende Balkon war einfach toll. Besser kann es nicht sein - wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt!

Hin und wieder war es ein bisschen laut von einem nahegelegenen Platz mit Arbeitsgeräten (was auch immer da passiert) und einem einsamen Hund, der wohl den benachbarten Olivenhain bewachen soll und mitleiderregend heulte. Aber wo ist es schon immer ruhig?

An exceptional apartment in a great location! The host was so friendly and kind, answering questions really quickly. The place is easy to find and easy to access with the keys in a lockbox. An easy walk into town or down to the water for a refreshing swim. Loved everything about this place! The pictures really do the place justice, and sheets, towels and amenities up to hotel standards.

The apartment is in a quiet position a gentle 4 minute stroll away from the town. There are 2 different seating areas on the balcony offering stunning views of the mountains and olive groves. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and a pleasure to stay in. The kitchen is well equipped and our host left a few welcome items in the kitchen for our arrival. The bathroom has a large and rather special walk in shower. The toiletries supplied were of a good quality, just like everything else in the apartment.
