Close to the beach — not the nicest one, but pleasant in the morning. Restaurant downstairs, and everything is spotlessly clean.
Right on the main road, so sleeping with the window open means earplugs are a must. Ventilation is tricky too — just one large window. In early June, keeping the windows and blinds shut all day still wasn't enough; by evening the room got so hot we needed the AC.

-Very sweet located property with garden directly at the beach -Marvellous Seaview -New Apartament excellent refurbished -Only 5 minutes cardrive from Paleochora
Unfortunately we were not allowed to stay not even one hour longer

The pictures don’t do the apartment justice! Beautiful location, beach a few steps from the terrace, well equipped kitchen with a few condiments for breakfast. Town a few minutes drive but there are a couple close restaurants within walking distance
FYI even whilst staying at the apartments you have to pay for the sun beds, even on the grass, cost ranges from 5-15€. Would have been nice if they were complimentary for guests or at least discounted
