Paleochora Central Apartments

We spent four nights in Paleochora and the flat really surpassed our expectations. Central, stylish, roomy, with a gorgeous terrace that is bathed in golden light from early evening to sundown. Everything is new. The bathroom is very spacious despite there not being many photos of it. Lots of beaches in walking distance, and a lovely sandy beach protected from the wind, a short 15 minute drive away.

Nothing, we hope to come back.

The owner, Eftichis, was friendly, welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the top apartment which had a large roof terrace to the side and a balcony overlooking the street to the front. There are views from the terrace over the roofs to the sea. The apartment below is much larger inside and whilst it has a balcony to the front and side we preferred to have more outside space. Both apartments are stylish, clean and well equipped. Ours had a large fridge freezer, full size cooker with 4 rings, grill and oven as well as a washing machine. It has enough crockery and utensils etc for four people. There is space on the terrace to hang wet washing.

The central location is great so long as you don't mind a little noise from the bars up the road which are open quite late. Paleochora can be quite windy so it's not possible to have shade from a parasol on the roof terrace.
