    Not only did the tv not work, the room smelt, the “hotel” was noisy - WE DIDNT HAVE TOWELS.Never in my life have I stayed somewhere that doesn’t provide towels. I would not recommend this “hotel” to anyone and wouldn’t stay here again, even if it was free.

    Hello, It was superb location wise as it was very close to bus top, train station , underground and tram. As for the rooms, the condition was bad. We had to change rooms 3 times as there was one or another issue with the rooms , such as - 1. sink/wash basin not working and blocked. 2. The room was not warm enough even though heater was at maximum setting 3. Coat hangers were dysfunctional as they came off just hanging a coat in all three rooms. There were no basic amenities which is normally expected of a hotel .No iron, no hair dryer, no water kettle. Pros - Location , cleanliness and check in process, beds. Cons - Room upkeep, no coat hangers / hair dryer / kettle, very basic breakfast (not worth the upgrade)
