Logement agréable avec lumière du matin, parfait pour un petit déjeuner. Un appartement sécurisé. À 1min à pieds d'une très jolie promenade le long du Thiou. Appartement pas loin de la vieille ville.
L'accroche de la douche était cassée. Tringle rideaux fragile. La peinture du balcon s'en va.
