Amazing cabins which are more like 5 star hotels. Woods are so relaxing and cabins are far enough apart do you don't hear or see anyone
The booking process on booking com was confusing. Paid in full then kept on getting demands for extra money. Booking.com were great but I still got confused emails. Never had this before. Minor hiccup

The location was perfect for us and the dogs, quiet and secluded. The cabin was spacious and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Hot tub was fantastic! The BBQ and swinging chair was a bonus.
Booking was more than a little confusing. We use Booking.com and Sykes all the time and have never had a problem. This time though I was getting mixed messages, literally, about what I had paid and what was still outstanding when there should not have been anything. Customer support.... non existane.

Overall very good, our 3rd forest holidays stay, North Wales, Argyle & Blackwood 💚
outside appearance lacked a touch of care, cobwebs, uncleaned windows, woodwork maybe needed a freshen up.
