Great location

Great location to many areas and Perranporth was walkable in 20 mins. Clean and had recently been renovated. Loved the owners had put my bed on and had left treats for dogs and treats for myself which was a lovely gesture. Th is ey’d left coffee and tea too. The main kitchen taps did not work but I could get water from the bathroom so I didn’t bother disturbing the owner as o was only there for 3 days and I wasn’t without water. Whilst everything was new the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and I could feel the springs and struggled to get comfortable and sleep. I do have disabilities so I’m aware I may feel It more than most however I don’t expect to feel springs! I know mattresses are subjective so I didn’t expect the owner to change it so again I didn’t bother them.

Mattress was extremely uncomfortable and yet the property looked recently renovated which was a shame but sleep and comfort Is just as important as a clean space.

Perfect location, perfect apartment. Perfect. We can't wait to plan our return visit ✨️

Relaxing stay

The place was near all amenities. It was exceptionally clean. There was a terrace to sit on in the evening. I had the best night sleep in a long time. The bed was comfy and large . The apartment was in a quiet location.

Everything, the accommodation was exactly as described, if not better. The (more than) little touches, like milk, Prosecco, tea etc and the toiletries all just added to make our stay extra nice. There isn’t really anything missing. Even the little terrace has everything provided should you wish to just relax up there. Mark was really easy to contact. He kept in touch even on the arrival morning and we were lucky to check in earlier than planned, and we were also offered a later check out which just made our last morning a little less rushed.

There is absolutely nothing not to like.

Perfect place, perfect location!

We liked everything about the property. The property was immaculate with everything you needed from toiletries, hairdryer and even beach towels. The roof terrace was lovely and such a sun trap. We arrived to a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge which was such a nice touch. The location was perfect, just a 10 min walk to the town and beach. The hosts Mark and Val were lovely and so helpful. Will definitely be coming back!

Perfect accommodation in a great location. Hosts are super and go the extra mile!

Extras within the accommodation including Prosecco, crisps etc. Not only are these a lovely added extra, they are also good brands and not just the cheapest! Also very accommodating for dog owners. Brilliant location just a short drive from the beach.

The toilet makes a very loud noise when used.
