The positioning of the property is an excellent base. Basics are fine just needs some attention to cleanliness

Great location, close to everything . parking space. Tidy. Functional apartment. First impressions clean. Bathroom shower - although just a bath shower mixer , it was very good. Plenty hot water . Cleaning products in cupboards to use.

Smelly, fatty oven pan left in oven. Microwave, not sure if safe to use, well used sponge and dish cloth on arrival ( images). The bed ! the bedsheets. Not sure if the owner realises how important it is for this to feel clean and smelling fresh. We struggled! I sprayed deodorant on my pillow every evening. You only get two bath towels , between two people to last all week. ( 2 hand towels also) an extra would not go a miss . FOOD. I’m sure there’s an unwritten rule about food stuff being left. Frozen veg in freezer, pasta stuff, cooking oil, other bits left in cupboard.

Excellent location central to everything in perranporth. Ideal for couple cosy and spacious.nice and quiet at nighttime.never met the host but he answered any queries promptly and efficiently.

Beautiful second floor apartment, really close to central Perranport

This apartment is in SUCH a good location, really close to the beach and literally the next road behind the main street. It was beautifully decorated and bigger than I expected it to be.

It was on the top floor, two floors up. Not too much of a problem but mum has recently had a hip op so would have been good to know as it was a bit of a struggle for her! Just putting this here for anyone else that may need to know!

Parking inadequate, 2 steep flights of stairs to room 5, no thought for disabled Came home a day early because a bed that was almost on the floor gave me the worst two nights of sleep in my life. Everything seemed in miniature, like cheap caravan furniture, bathroom etc. People's personal belongings everywhere in the flat, so obviously vacated just for let? Not cleaned to a very good standard prior to my arrival. Problem with every door lock Romantic 🤣🤣🤣good job I was on my own then

Visiting Perranporth for a funeral

Location excellent Welcome pack gratefully accepted Facilities within apartment great. Everything we needed.

Bit of dust and hair laying around edges of rugs and in corners of room, and under furniture. Only noticed as my make up brush fell out of my hand and onto floor.. Needs a little bit of extra care. Also, noticed my bath towel had a smell to it, not fresh. Maybe use a tumble dryer sheet to freshen them up?

Perfect flat in brilliant location

What a wonderful flat, exceptionally equipped and perfect location. As this was a work trip I didn't get to explore the area much but did walk down to beach (less than 5 mins) in the evening and stroll back through the High Street. Communication from Luke both prior and during my stay was great. I will definitely be looking to book again for my next work trip.

Being really really super picky... only thing that would have been a bonus for me would be a smart TV. I'd forgotten what it's like to watch standard TV channels 🙄

I stayed at this lovely apartment for a long weekend, comfy bright, airy, high spec, recomend 100%.

I loved all the ornaments and little touches that made the apartment a home from home, it is a lovely modern high spec apartment, bright and airy and very comfy and quiet and pieceful and very well equipped. Upon arival i found milk coffee/ tea cereal, biscuits and crisps which made me feel welcome. Excellent location, 2 minutes walk from shops and 5 minutes from beach, 2 minutes walk from the supermarket.

Christmas stay in Perranporth 🎄

Very welcoming with the place and gifts for us and luke was fab. It was our first Christmas away so it was extra special for us. Directions like gave us were very helpful and really easy! It was an amazing stay. We will definitely try to book again in the summer time if not this year next year so we can experience Perranporth in a different season!

I booked and paid in advance for 3 nights, admittedly on the day of travel but that's the good thing about booking.com The apartment wasn't ready, then on the 2nd day i got a text to say it was double booked and I had to leave early. I was refunded 1 night. Never met the owner, yet he implied he was doing me a favour. His admin is clearly poor, spoilt my minibreak.
