Sea La Vie

Location was great for my requirements, a peaceful secluded spot only a short walk from the centre. The accommodation was warm and cosy and has everything needed for a short stay. Things like towels, milk and tea and coffee were provided, as after reading previous reviews I was unsure if these item would be available. Improvements have clearly been made including blinds on ALL the windows! We experienced a fair bit of rain during our visit, so didn't make use of the outdoor space (there is no longer a hot tub) but this would seem like a lovely area to sit and relax and listen to the birdsong.

Communication from hosts could have been better. I had an inkling the property might be a little difficult to locate (given previous reviews) so I would have liked some prior communication on how to find the place and access information. This only came a couple of hours before the check-in time on the day. I didn't park at the location, but there seemed to be parking (although no info was given on this). Instead I parked in the town for the duration and walked up to the property (access lanes and parking might be a bit tight for a large vehicle). Cost for parking in the town I thought was very reasonable.

The place was simply lovely, in an excellent location, a 10 min walk from Perranporth. It was so nice being next to the woods. There was a pint of milk for us to make tea and coffee, the bathroom was very clean as was the whole property, and the shower was good. Really nice and lots of windows to let air in (it was a very hot day).

There was no hot tub, and we were not informed of this to my recollection. Also the host did not respond to my messages and calls on the day of arrival when we got lost. Otherwise we loved everything.

A quiet and private refuge, with its own outdoor space, also well appointed and nicely decorated. A comfortable unique place. I wish I could have stayed longer

The cabin itself is very nice.

The bed is very small. We were cold through the night. Curtains are need to keep the light out. The location has no signage to the cabin very difficult to find.
